One of our proudest milestones this year has been our development at Camden Hill, a standout home in a top location Tunbridge Wells that captures everything we strive for at Presence & Co.

Our mission at Camden Hill was clear. We wanted to create a spacious, high-end residence that feels contemporary and timeless. To do this, we included:

Little Mount Sion – Town Centre Living Reimagined
Little Mount Sion has been another standout highlight of 2025. This project has allowed us to show how heritage, charm and contemporary living can come together in a way that feels truly unique.
Sitting in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, we saw that this building had potential, the structure and character were already there. We transformed it from a tired and unkept space into a warm, welcoming home with a more premium finish, and the result is something we’re truly proud of.
We have thoroughly enjoyed breathing new life into these spaces, adding more chapters to their stories and making them someone’s home again.
